A leading construction consultancy are actively seeking a BMS Engineer to work on a number of Smart Buildings that have been rolled out in the UK, following a successful launch in the USA. The role

  • Create programming logic using flow diagrams, sequences of operations, panel layouts, termination details and project specifications or sales proposals.
  • Investigate and triage analytical anomalies and provide direction and resolution to correct undesirable building conditions.
  • Program control applications using various software using various software tools to support operator workstations, DDC field panels and third-party integration devices connected through multiple communications protocols.
  • Provide remote technical support to installers and customers. May be asked to provide on-site technical support to installers and customers.

Could this role be for you?

  • Must have the ability to speak, read & write to a high level in German.
  • Must be living in Germany.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read & write to a high level in English
  • Must have Tridium Niagara software experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience
  • Educated to HNC or equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Excellent commercial understanding and acumen.
  • Good HVAC Knowledge

Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based primarily in the Munich area, working on a Secure contract.

This is a Single-site position where you have the potential to earn a between €35-40k.

The position

As the PPM Admin you will have the responsibility of the compliance, assisting the estates team, and the customers that arrive. You will be able to speak English and French to a working level. You will be Looking to Relocate yourself or are currently living in Munich!

The role

  • As the Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Civils package on a Hyperscale data centre projects in Belgium.
  • Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
  • Offering technical advice on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives.
  • Working with site plans, drawings and building information models.
  • Overseeing building work and ensuring the quality of the work.
  • Reporting progress and other updates back to clients
  • Planning the work efficiently and adapting to any setbacks or difficulties

Could this role be for you?

  • A proven track record working as a Civil Engineer dealing with Civils and Earthworks packages.
  • Experience on Critical Engineering projects would be beneficial.
