Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is a mobile position based in Leeds and the Surrounding Area’s, working on a Government and secure contracts.

This is a Multi site position where you have the potential to earn between £28 -36k P/A Salary. Working on a Standard Shift Pattern; with the need for going on an oncall rota also, some nights maybe needed for additional out of hours works.

The position

Carry out PPM on the Electrical Engineering services as required by the schedule. While proactively pursuing and fixing faults as and when you identify them.

Support the sites M&E services, required on the PPM Schedule, while identifying potential defects that may occur.

Could this role be for you?

  • Electrical qualifications NVQ 3 or equivalent
  • 2391 / 2395 / 4338 Testing and Inspection (Preferred)
  • 17th edition as a minimum – Ideally 18th edition
  • Multi skilled – e.g. capable of working on AHU’s and HVAC units – General FM duties like L8 testing and fabric work
  • BMS (desirable)
  • Legionella Experience
  • Driving licence required
  • Ability to obtain BPSS Clearance

Job Title: Business Development Manager (UK & Europe)

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + Bonus + Package

The company

A leading air management company is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to set up, grow and develop the business in the Data Centre sector throughout the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to get in with a company at the beginning of a heavy growth phase. You will support the company with becoming a major player in the Data Centre cooling sector. As the business naturally develops, you will be expected to build a team to support you.

The role

  • Develop strategic plans in conjunction with the Sales Director for developing the business.
  • Drive solutions and product-based sales through targeting all aspects of project lifecycles
  • Build long term relationships and grow the business by developing new clients and enhancing existing ones.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in the negotiations and closing of strategic opportunities.
  • Promote products/ services addressing or predicting customer objectives.
  • Engage with the industry and potential product development opportunities and report new technologies and products into the senior leadership team.
  • Undertake site visits and meetings to discuss projects with customers.
  • Prepare detailed business plans which cover relevant goals and objectives
  • Report and communicate into the business via the monthly sales meetings.
  • Produce a monthly report measuring key performance indicators.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required.

Could this role be for you?

  • Be a Data Centre specialist with 5+ years’ experience within the Data Centre sector.
  • Experience of product development/ improvement.
  • A strong knowledge and background in mechanical cooling systems including air handling, process air conditioning and adiabatic systems.
  • Proven sales track record within the Data Centre market.
