Learning and Development Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

To support the L&D Manager to drive all aspects of Recruitment Consultants performance quality, efficiency and results

 

High Performance & Business Improvement Responsibilities

  • Help in Influencing a High-Performance culture
  • Assist in the efficiency of technology to help drive performance
  • Utilise data to analyse and evaluate trends and report to managers
  • Support in the implementation of our L&D recruitment process
  • Recognise and celebrate examples of excellence
  • Help with call quality investigations
  • Assist in bringing quality metrics & live call feedback into the culture
  • Consistently communicate observations and opportunities with managers
  • To assist in establishing solutions to Performance and Business issues

 

Learning & Development Responsibilities

  • To support with the co-delivery of L&D strategy
  • Effectively promote external learning opportunities.
  • Assist in benchmarking employee performance, measured against standards
  • Assist with the use of data to analyze and evaluate trends and behaviours for all consultants
  • Support using Teams for all coaching observations, 1-2-1 notes, learning objectives and resources
  • Help to conduct 1-2-1 feedback sessions providing feedback and celebrating excellence
  • Assist in providing continuous support and feedback to individuals with career path progress and motivations in all aspects of L&D

 

Success – How is the role measured?

  • All employees equipped with Knowledge, skills, tools to deliver vision
  • Percentage increase in consultant billings related to areas of training
  • Increase in performance metric/ratios and efficiency – i.e fill rates
  • Influencing the retention of the right, high-performing Recruiters
  • Every consultant having a clear understanding of their own individual L&D/career plan
  • Consultants having 1-2-1 support at agreed timeframes to help them action the L&D plan
  • Consistently improving average consultant feedback score
  • To be able to demonstrate ROI on work
