Project: Hyperscale Data Centre

Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 + Accommodation & Travel

Working Rotation: 2 weeks on – 1 week off

The company

A leading Civil Sub-Contractor is actively seeking a Civil project Manager to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Austria. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value projects within a stable and rapidly expanding sector.

The role

· As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Civil package on a Hyperscale data centre project in Austria until the end of the year.

· Delivery of major projects to programme, budget, HSEQ, client and contract requirements

· Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver the project

· Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services

· Reporting regularly on progress to the client

· Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders

Could this role be for you?

· You must have the unrestricted right to work anywhere in Mainland Europe.

· Experience working as a Project Manager handling full Civil Packages (Concrete etc)

· Degree Qualified.

· Experience on Data Centres or other high value projects would be beneficial.

· Civil Sub-Contractor experience.

· Excellent commercial understanding and acumen.
