Job Title: Commissioning Engineer

Location: Kent and Sussex (Southern Water Region)

We are seeking a Temporary Commissioning Engineer to join our team as we embark on a major £350m project in collaboration with Southern Water. The role involves working across multiple clean and dirty water sites in Kent and Sussex, contributing to the successful delivery of the newly transformed AMP7 Asset Lifecycle Process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commissioning activities, ensuring safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee commissioning from design through to final project completion.
• Report progress to the Area MEICA Manager and monitor the testing & commissioning budget.
• Review design deliverable and ensure commissioning requirements are met.
• Oversee and sign off FAT, SAT, and process witness tests.
• Attend meetings, compile documentation, and coordinate with sub-contractors.

Skills & Experience Required:

• CSCS card.
• Calibrated testing equipment with certificates.
• Previous experience in water or utilities sectors.
