£23,424 -£31k (pro rata)

The company
Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide.
Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites.
This role is a Part-time role working Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 8-5PM

The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to our UCL contract based out of Stratford.
Management on cleaning staff across the campus
Management of Soft-Services across site
Liaising with the client on any issues
Escalating any hard-services and engineering issues on site via the help desk
Conducting a handover in person on arrival on the Friday and providing a written handover on the Sunday evening

Could this be for you?
Previous Supervisory/Managerial experience within an FM environment
CAFM knowledge would be great but not essential
Strong communication skills
Computer literate
