The company

You will be joining a regional residential builder in Hampshire providing high quality building services for the county as well as for most of the South of England. This particular role is based out of West Sussex with roles across Sussex as a whole.

The position

As the Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to report to the Managing Surveyor, preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts. Also, to get involved in valuing completed work and arranging for payments. The projects are across Sussex including Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and they are high end refurbishments.
