Job Title: Senior Project Manager

The company
A leading Owners PM firm is looking to recruit an experienced project leader to work directly with the client as Owners Project Manager on a large semiconductor manufacturing facility project in the Bay Area.
The position
You will lead and deliver a challenging project from inception through to completion. You will act as the client interface and will be responsible for working with the client to provide innovative solutions to conflicting priorities. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Professional planning and hand on management for multiple projects including decommissioning, renovation and tenant improvement.
- Managing multiple projects at various phases from initial identification through to completion.
- Lead project teams consisting of architects, design engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, client Project Management Organization, client security, and client technology teams.
- Providing weekly project updates
- Overseeing and preparation of accurate project documentation
- Developing risk management plans and leading teams through established work authorization processes to ensure no impacts or incidents within critical environments or equipment.
Could this role be for you?
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience leading large project teams.
- Semiconductor project experience
