Job Title: Chartered Structural Engineer

Location: South East Kent

Salary: £50-60k

Start Date: ASAP

The Position

Highfield Professional Solutions are working with a company based in the South East of Kent. The role is for a Senior Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer to undertake design and assessment of civils, highways and buildings. You will be reviewing the design, contract documents, specifications and drawings for the civil and structural engineering works as well as preparing technical guidance for the wider business. You will be accountable for managing the structural inspection regime and providing recommendations to the business on long term asset maintenance.

Could this role be for you?

The ideal candidate should have a thorough background in structural design to relevant codes and preparing guidance. You will have effective communication of structural concepts and have a strong understand of CDM.

* Charted Engineer (ICE or IStructE)

* Excellent spoken and written English
