    Location: Basingstoke, UK

    Rate: £350 per day (Outside IR35)

    Contract: Initial 6-month contract

    About the Role:

    Highfield Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a clean water treatment site in Basingstoke. This role involves overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clean water sites and hold a valid EUSR card.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and site staff, ensuring high standards of work.
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, ensuring project milestones are met.
    • Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and audits, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and health and safety documentation.
    • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Site Manager on clean water treatment sites.
    • Valid EUSR card is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of clean water treatment processes and site management practices.
    • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Relevant construction or engineering qualification is desirable.
