The role

As the Senior MEP Design Manager you will be responsible for over-viewing and reviewing electrical and mechanical designs on behalf of a leading data centre client. You will advise the client on design standards and design methodology to ensure the clients expectations are created in engineering designs.

Electrician – North West and Central London Area

We are recruiting for an Electrician to be based in the North West and Central London area. This role is to be a part of the MOD housing response contract. This is a permanent role working full-time hours.

What will you deliver?

Electrician for response maintenance contracts on MOD housing stock. The position will be mainly reactive maintenance and testing, covering sites in the North West and Central London Area.

  • Experience of working in partnership with a housing client or a similar operation in a busy customer-focused repairs service environment.

Work with a Team Assisting other Electricians, also working solo setting up Switchboards, Cables, fuses, Thermal Relays and more. maintaining work areas, and being willing to put your hands to anything. .

Support the sites Project services, required on the Framework, while identifying potential defects that may occur.

  • Install and modify electrical components and systems to include 1st fix containment, 2nd fix installations, power & lighting. To be able to carry out all testing and inspection to enable the completion of certification.

  • To be comfortable to install tray, ladder, conduits etc. as per construction drawings.
