MY SPECIALISM

I am a niche recruitment specialist for the UK Water & Environmental Sectors, whereby I source contract candidates for my portfolio of clients. I predominantly specialise in candidates who are paramount to delivering capital delivery, capital maintenance and minor works schemes for both the Water & Environment Agency asset management plans. 

 From a geographical perspective, my client base covers the whole of the UK. I typically place candidates who are from a MEICA or civil background and work on either infrastructure or non-infrastructure schemes such as water treatment works, wastewater treatment works and pumping stations. 

WHO I AM

Sport as a whole is my passion. I love all aspects of competitive sport. My true passion lies in Basketball where I myself still competitively compete. Football is as important to me but I can no longer keep up with the demand of 90 minutes so prefer to coach professional football from my sofa at home. I really enjoy eating out and socialising and come from a background of managing Restaurants and Bars across the South. My reasons for joining Highfield were to pursue a better work life balance and I can hand on heart say it was the best move I could have possibly made.
