Now, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated M&E Project Manager to join this dynamic team in High Wycombe.

The Role

As an M&E Project Manager, you’ll dive into a variety of projects, primarily focusing on Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) tasks. You’ll handle multiple projects simultaneously, each with its unique scale and complexity.

Lead initiatives including:

  • Full electrical installations
  • LH Switches
  • Distribution boards
  • HVAC replacements
  • Cooling systems

With a forward project book valued at £125m, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and excellence. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, full DV clearance is essential, with enhanced vetting required upon commencement.

Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll manage the planning, coordination, and financial control of projects, ensuring top-notch governance. You’ll have robust support from both Commercial and Project PMO teams.

Is This You?

  • Currently DV Cleared or DV clearance that lapsed within the past 6 months
  • Background in Mechanical & Electrical project management
  • Knowledge of Construction Design Management
  • Familiarity with Building Regulations
