I am an 8 year old Black Labrador and tend to only come into the office on quieter days, as I love belly rubs and cuddles, which can be distracting for people! As a Retriever, I love food more than anything, so will be easily distracted at the sniff of anything tasty. Easily distracted and an occasional drooler!

I love being in the office and all the attention I get. I start whining about 3 minutes away because I get so excited to see all my friends. I mainly spend my day going around and standing on my back legs so I can have proper cuddles with everyone, sometimes I get treats that people bring me in especially. My best friend is Teddy as he sits near me but we have a bit of a love/ hate relationship when it comes to food as we don’t like to share. I also love fancy dress.

Although I am the boss’s dog I am the real boss and I can get him to do whatever I want. I am an excellent guard dog and sneeze hard at any potential threats. I love long walks along the shore path near Swanwick or in the hills around Winchester. My favourite thing to do is to chase a ball and roll in the sand… I have unlimited energy, although I do like a cuddle with my blanket in the evening.

In my spare time I like to keep busy at home with projects, watching the F1 and during the winter making it out to the mountains to Snowboard. I try to visit somewhere different each time I go to explore somewhere new. I enjoy travelling, getting out to music festivals and gigs and am a big foodie. Due to this, I have to make a bit of an attempt to offset the above with running, albeit definitely in the fair-weather runners camp these days, so not making much progress!

I am a real foodie and love to go out eating & drinking. You’ll often find me at a Bottomless Brunch! I love to exercise (got to balance out that food somehow) so I do Crossfit 3-4 times a week as well as take my two Golden Retrievers for long walks.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, I have two little ones so spend my weekends on the side of a football pitch or watching gymnastics shows!

When I am not in mum mode, I love getting out on my road or mountain bike or going to my PT sessions. To make up for all of the health, I am a big foodie and can often be found baking which obviously goes down well at work!

My family and little girl mean the world to me – On top of that I’m quite a social person, I like to spend time with friends & family and picked up the travel bug from my time in that space, so have travelled quite a bit & do enjoy an adventure.

I can draw a bit – really what got me into marketing in the first place. Our values here really resonate with me Driven, Disciplined, Competitive, Positive, Resilient, Committed – some I have to work at more than others!

I’m usually hanging out with my besties, either lounging on the sofa with a steaming cup of tea or out on the town with a glass of wine in hand.

Confession: I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan! I can talk about her all day long. I had the amazing opportunity to see her perform in Tampa, Florida in April 2023.

I live for holidays! Whether it’s skiing down the slopes of France, belting out show tunes on Broadway, or getting my thrills on a Florida rollercoaster – count me in!

A proud Mummy to my little girl, Esme and she keeps me on my toes. I love music and singing in my car, going to festivals and gigs whenever I can.

I have two Jack Russells so most weekends are spent on long walks with them or doing a bit of DIY. I wish I did more to keep fit but I tend to just book a couple of crazy challenges, likes skydives, trek and mountain climbs, every year in the hope that it will inspire me to do more.

Outside of work I love spending time with family and friends and that’ll almost certainly involve good food and wine! Myself and my partner love travelling, whether that be sunny sailing holidays in Greece or a city break to Mallorca.. although that is put on hold at the moment due to our house renovation which is keeping us plenty busy!

I am not one for hobbies however I do have a few loves which consist of wine, travel, food, family, and my daughter Ava who is the cutest girly in the world. I love attending music events and can generally be found in the sun, sunnies on, with a drink in my hand.

My main focus in life is my beautiful family – I am married to Louise and together we have 2 daughters; Sophia and Lottie. Yes, I am outnumbered and yes, I do have my work cut out! Apart from spending time with my family, I love to socialise with friends which is normally centred around some form of sport. You’ll either find me on the Golf course, Football pitch or Cricket pitch. Long suffering Southampton F.C fan.

Things I love:

My son Finley, Skiing (Finn is already much better at this than I am !), fancy dress, cooking (actually food in general, we talk about it a lot at work!), holidays, spending time with friends and family and of course my dog Winnie- she has her own profile on here.

I am a family man, married, with two young sons who I love spending time with more than anything. Outside of playing Dad and Husband, I enjoy the outdoors and you’ll either catch me playing golf, or when feeling more adventurous, hiking various spots across the UK and Europe, such as the Brecon Beacons, Snowdonia, Scottish Highlands and the Norwegian Fjords.

I am a Dad to 2 great kids, Summer & Jude and a Labradoodle called Ozzie. Our health is our greatest asset so I’m passionate about self-care, both physically and mentally. I love travel and experiences with friends and family. I’m also passionate about creating opportunities for our young people and work with several schools on their careers and route to work provision.

I’m very competitive and love any kind of sport or challenge from climbing mountains to trying (and failing) to beat the kids at board games. When I’m not at the gym, kickboxing or walking Ozzie, you’ll find me cooking with a glass of wine. I was once invited to be on MasterChef but sadly had to turn it down due to work commitments. One for the future…..

Close family and life contentment is everything but lots of things make me happy!  I’m the proud Dad to my 20-year-old son and have been with my girlfriend for almost 10 years.  I’m an avid Saints fan, car enthusiast, animal lover, and late 90’s / early 00’s trance-head!  As much as I love to socialise, I’m equally a loner and happy in my own company.
