MY SPECIALISM

I recruit candidates for the Facilities Management sector, specialising in Defence FM Contractors. Working predominantly with candidates looking for off-tools positions, these vary from entry level management to senior management teams, projects, white collar engineers, and related support roles such as administration, helpdesk etc. Mostly working on permanent positions and fixed term roles with the occasional contract opportunities. 

WHO I AM

I am a highly sociable person who loves nothing more than a trip to the pub with friends and colleagues. That is when time allows, as a mum to 3 rowdy boys, I mostly spend my free time breaking up fights or racing from one football match to another!! I also enjoy training at the gym and horse riding, which again I do not get much time for these days. 

Holidays are my favourite thing, especially hot ones, with lots of fun and games on the beach!! I am hugely competitive so make sure I still get my wins whilst away from work. Working at Highfield with unlimited holiday and excellent work-life balance makes all this possible as well as the chaos of family life!
