Highfield Professional Solutions are working closely with a professional consultancy who are actively looking for an individual to work on a variety of projects ranging from education, social housing, fire cladding, remedial works and transportation as part of the Project Management & Employer’s Agent Team.

The Position

As someone that has experience in the Built Environment sector, both on and off site, you will be required to undertake a variety of day-to-day duties which include:

  • Supporting the Project Management and Employer’s Agent team and be the project lead for a number of projects concurrently
  • Undertaking the role of Employer’s Agent/Contract Administrator and/or Project Manager, depending on the form of construction contract and scope of service
  • Demonstrating an understanding of the client’s brief for each project and capturing and recording this for delivery
  • Obtain instructions and written orders from client(s)

  • Capture and monitor project risks and key performance indicators

Voids Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to be based in the London and Kent Area. This role is to be a part of the MOD housing response contract. This is a permanent role working full-time hours.

What will you deliver?

  • To supervise and manage on a day to day basis the operation of the voids re-servicing / refurbishment service.
  • Responsible for the activities of a team of operatives and ensuring the safe delivery by sub-contractors.
  • Ensure that the work undertaken by operatives and sub-contractors where applicable is satisfactorily completed within the cost and priority constraints of the contract.
