This role is based around Manchester, and the surrounding Areas, this will involve National Travel on occasions also working on a Key Commercial contract.

This is a Multi site position where you have the potential to earn between £35-42k P/A Salary, Depending on experience. Working on a Standard Shift Pattern, with some needs for OT working where required.

The position

Work with a Team Assisting other PM’s, also working solo. Primarily 75% MEP Projects and works will eb required, with the rest being general building and fabrics. You could do small works up to 3k, or large works upwards of £1M.

Support the sites Project services, required on the Framework, which will involve on site Surveys and being practically minded.

The Position

You will be Gas Safe or F Gas registered Engineer from an HVAC or commercial gas background and have experience of covering a regional area.

You will be required to:

  • Install and service commercial boilers and chillers
  • Attend breakdowns, and carry out technical maintenance & refurbishment

This is a Multi site position where you have the potential to earn between £20 -25k P/A Salary. Working on a varying Shift Pattern from 7am-7pm; with the need for going on an oncall rota also, some nights maybe needed for additional out of hours works.

The position

Carry out PPM on the B&CE works involving, Carpentry, Plumbing, L8, Fire alarm testing and more. As required by the schedule. While proactively pursuing and fixing faults as and when you identify them.

Support the sites B&CE services, required on the PPM Schedule, while identifying potential defects that may occur.

Principal Mechanical Engineer

As the principal mechanical design engineer, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of design works where you will act in a hands-on role still with the wider design team.
