Job Title: M&E Commissioning Engineer

Location: Wessex and South West Water Framework (Multiple Sites)
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Rate: Up to £450 per day (Outside IR35)


Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Commissioning Engineer to join our team, working across the Wessex and South West Water framework. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to vital water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems on various water treatment sites.
  • Ensure all commissioning activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.
  • Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and performance verification of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of commissioning activities and findings.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to on site teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an M&E Commissioning Engineer, specifically on water treatment sites.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in the context of water treatment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
