The Company

Highfield Professional Solutions is working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading HVAC hire solutions provider. Due to expansion, our client is looking for an HVAC / commercial gas Field Service Engineer.

The Position

You will be Gas Safe or F Gas registered Engineer from an HVAC or commercial gas background and have experience of covering a regional area.

You will be required to:

  • Install and service commercial boilers and chillers
  • Attend breakdowns, and carry out technical maintenance & refurbishment

Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Estimators – Southampton / National

The company

Join a National contractor with a full range of Clients and contracts nationwide.

Our client provides general Facilities Maintenance and Construction project work to the commercial sector as well as facilities maintenance services to the Public Sector and Private Sector at multiple sites. This role is based around Southampton, and the surrounding area’s, this will involve going into other areas on occasions also working on a Key Commercial contract.

This is a Multi site position where you have the potential to earn up to £50k P/A Salary. Working on a Standard Shift Pattern, with some needs for OT working where required.

The position

Work with a Team Assisting other QS’s / Electrical Estimators, also working solo. Primarily 75% MEP Surveyors and Tenders will eb required, with the rest being general building and fabrics. You could do small works up to 3k, or large works upwards of £1M.

Support the sites Project services, required on the Framework, which will involve on site Surveys and being practically minded.

The Position

You will have the opportunity to lead Project Management commissions, making sure they run in a smooth manner and are delivered to the client on-time and within budget. Your multi-tasking capabilities will be sought after to provide oversight, strategic decision, auditing and reviewing of multiple projects.

You will have the personality and experience to develop strong relationships with the clients and members of the project teams to ensure that the delivery of cost management outputs are met.
