Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Location: Water Treatment Site, Trowse, Norfolk
Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling Contract (Inside IR35)
Rate: Up to £500 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join our team for an important water treatment project in Trowse, Norfolk. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project for Anglian Water, ensuring the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections across the site
- Monitor and ensure all work meets required performance standards
- Ensure that all activities comply with Anglian Water’s regulations and industry best practices
- Lead and manage site personnel to achieve project milestones
- Address and resolve any on-site issues in a timely and effective manner
Required Qualifications:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- Confined Spaces Medium Risk certification
- First Aid at Work certification
Ideal Candidate:
You will have proven experience managing mechanical work on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the water treatment sector. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.
Contract and Pay:
This is an initial 6-month rolling contract with the possibility of extension, offering up to £500 per day (Inside IR35).
