Quantity Surveyor – Water Treatment Projects

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a portfolio of water treatment and infrastructure projects based in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering key works within the utilities sector on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial activities across water treatment projects
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management
• Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Cost forecasting, reporting, and budget management
• Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial performance targets are achieved
• Contract administration under NEC forms of contract
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within utilities, civil engineering, or water sectors
• Previous experience working on water treatment or wastewater projects preferred
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
