I’m currently looking for Site Managers to work on a number of clean water mains renewal schemes across North London, South London and the Thames Valley.

Rate: £400 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: North London, South London & Thames Valley
Sector: Clean Water / Mains Renewal

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing site activities across clean water mains renewal schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Previous mains renewal experience is crucial for this position. Candidates must have a strong understanding of clean water distribution networks and experience managing mains renewal works.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations across mains renewal schemes

• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with project requirements

• Managing programme and site progress

• Liaising with project management and client teams

• Completing site documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the clean water sector

• Strong mains renewal experience is essential

• Experience working on water utility projects

• Good understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements

• Strong communication and site management skills

• Relevant water-sector qualifications and tickets
