Job Opportunity: Construction Manager – NEAR Schemes (M25)
Position: Construction Manager
Location: M25 (North and South sections)
Contract: 6-Month Initial Freelance Contract
Rate: £650-£690 per day (Inside IR35)
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee key operations on the NEAR schemes around the M25. This role offers a great opportunity to lead critical infrastructure projects on one of the UK’s most important highways.
Key Details:
- Contract Length: 6 months, with potential for extension.
- Locations: Opportunities across both the North and South sections of the M25.
- Rate: Competitive daily rate of £650-£690 (inside IR35).
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in managing construction projects, ideally within the highways or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
