Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Frequent travel to multiple sites required

As a Freelance Site Agent, you will serve as the senior site representative, ensuring the seamless execution of projects across multiple locations. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of site works, ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring that processes and procedures are rigorously followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, representing the client professionally and ensuring all operations align with project standards.
• Multi-Site Oversight: Manage multiple sites and clients, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Supply Chain Management: Lead and coordinate activities of subcontractors and direct delivery teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Site Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate site records, issue permits, and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Safety and Standards: Uphold a strong safety culture by maintaining a clear safety record and complying with environmental and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Black or Gold CSCS Card
• SMSTS Certification
• First Aid at Work Certification
• Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor Qualification
• Experience with NEC4 contracts

Desirable Skills:

• Confined Space Awareness

General Experience:

• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams and acting as the lead on-site representative.
• Strong track record of delivering results across multiple locations.
