Site Engineer

Clean Water Mains Renewal | North London, South London & Thames Valley

I’m currently looking for Site Engineers to work on a number of clean water mains renewal schemes across North London, South London and the Thames Valley.

Rate: £325 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: North London, South London & Thames Valley
Sector: Clean Water / Mains Renewal
Start: Various upcoming starts

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of clean water mains renewal schemes, carrying out setting out and engineering duties while working closely with the Site Manager and wider site team.

Previous mains renewal experience is crucial for these positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out and surveying works on mains renewal schemes

• Providing engineering support to the site team

• Checking levels, coordinates and drawings

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with design and specification

• Completing site records and relevant documentation

• Liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors

• Supporting quality control and progress reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the clean water sector

• Strong mains renewal experience is essential

• Previous experience working on water utility projects

• Competent with setting out and reading engineering drawings

• Good understanding of health, safety and quality requirements

• Relevant engineering qualifications and water-sector experience
