Site Manager – Clean Water Pipeline Project

Location: Sevenoaks
Rate: £525 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: Initial 12-month contract (with a strong likelihood of extension)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major clean water infrastructure project based in TN14.

This role will support the delivery of a cross-country ductile iron pipeline scheme. With an experienced Project Manager already in place, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day site management, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Managing daily site operations
• Producing and reviewing RAMS
• Carrying out site health & safety inspections and ensuring compliance
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Maintaining site documentation and records
• Liaising with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on clean water or utility infrastructure projects
• Experience working on cross-country pipeline schemes, ideally involving ductile iron pipework
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance
• Experience producing RAMS
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Full UK driving licence

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project with an initial 12-month contract and a strong expectation of extension as the programme progresses.
