Position: Sub Agent
Contract: 12-Month Freelance
Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 – 550
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a high-profile HS2 project in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. This is a 6-month freelance opportunity, operating inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Assist in managing and delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across the project.
- Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep the project on track.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably on large infrastructure projects.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Certification: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HS2 project requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Compliance: Ability to operate within IR35 regulations.
- Availability: Immediate start required.
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in Twyford, Buckinghamshire
