MY SPECIALISM
I lead the Highways, Water and Nuclear teams, supporting clients and professionals across some of the UK’s most critical infrastructure sectors. My day-to-day focus is the Highways contract market, where I partner with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors to provide specialist interim and contract resource for major roads and highways projects nationwide. With 17 years’ experience in white-collar recruitment across infrastructure and the built environment, I have built extensive networks and long-standing relationships across the sector. I have a particular passion for contract recruitment, supporting clients in securing the specialist professionals required to successfully deliver complex and critical infrastructure projects. I pride myself on providing an honest, transparent and consultative recruitment service, building long-term relationships with both clients and contractors alike. WHO I AM
My life outside Highfield revolves around my three boys, with camping, swimming and creating chaos for Mum and Dad being their favourite pastimes. I spent much of my younger adult life singing in a band and still occasionally get roped into karaoke with my Dad.
