My expertise is focused on sourcing the ‘needle in the haystack’ talent across EMEA, predominately within sales or operations. I have extensive networks, particularly across Europe, for individuals within a Technical or Sales capacity, including both local and ex-patriate staff. I also understand the need for individuals to be able to communicate efficiently in local languages and the importance of cultural awareness. I not only consider candidates’ backgrounds and experience, but also identify talent that is motivated by the business and opportunity they are being paired with.
I have been focused on International Recruitment since 2016, within niche fields of Engineering, accompanied with a background of Product Design. I currently work with hyperscale operators, colocation providers, owner operators and leading service providers. I support international clients to grow and develop their teams with the industry’s top talent.

During the evenings and weekends, I love spending time with friends and my dog. I am a huge animal lover, so normally time with friends involves pet dates and trips to new restaurants. I love trying new foods, discovering new places and meeting new people!
