My core focus is to connect highly skilled freelance professionals with projects that upgrade, modernise, and transform the UK’s highways. My mission is to become a trusted recruitment partner for both contractors and clients in the highways sector, providing flexible and reliable solutions when they’re needed most. 
 
I specialise exclusively in the freelance market, supplying white collar highways experts across the UK. My background is working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors. 

WHO I AM

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time in the gym or on the golf course—though I’ll admit, my golf game could use some improvement! 

I enjoy making the most of the outdoors, whether that’s going for walks or spending quality time with my family. 

Before moving into recruitment, I served 11 years in the military. That experience shaped my disciplined, committed approach to both work and life.
