As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you’ll become an expert in the European data centre market, supporting businesses that are delivering the digital infrastructure the world depends on.

You’ll focus on finding, engaging and managing exceptional candidates throughout the recruitment process, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver outstanding results for clients and candidates alike.

If you’re new to recruitment, we’ll teach you everything you need to know through structured training, coaching and ongoing support.

If you’re already an experienced recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a specialist market with huge long-term demand and genuine career progression.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and managing talent pipelines across the European data centre market
• Identifying, engaging and qualifying high-quality candidates
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process from first conversation to placement
• Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates engaged throughout
• Working closely with consultants to deliver the right people for every vacancy
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Proactively building talent pools ahead of future hiring demand
