Job Title: 4x BIM Coordinators (Data Centre Projects)
Location: Central London (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 remote day)
About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for four talented BIM Coordinators to join our team, bringing expertise and precision to high-profile Data Centre projects. If you’re a pro with Revit MEP and can meet LOD 500+ standards, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clash Detection: Run detailed clash detection and resolve issues effectively.
- Problem Solving: Offer innovative solutions and ensure project accuracy.
- Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with a skilled team in Central London
Contract Details:
- Duration: Initial 3-6 months, with the potential for extension.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- IR35 Status: This role is outside IR35, ensuring flexibility and compliance.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit MEP at LOD 500+.
- Strong coordination skills and experience with clash detection.

- Previous history working for M&E Contractors
- Competent user of BIM360
- Can produce manufacturing/installation level drawings
