Recruitment Consultant – Sports Background Wanted!

Location: Southampton
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000-£60,000 Year 1

What will you be doing?

You’ll be building relationships with candidates and clients across critical infrastructure sectors, including data centres, water, nuclear and highways.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Speaking to candidates and helping them secure their next career move

• Building relationships with businesses and understanding their hiring needs

• Identifying new opportunities and developing your own network

• Negotiating offers and closing deals

• Working towards individual and team targets

Who are we looking for?

We’re particularly interested in people who have played competitive sport, studied sports-related subjects, coached or worked in performance-driven environments.

You don’t need to have been a professional athlete. We’re more interested in your mindset than your medals.
